In SERIS' off-campus facility, commercial PV modules will be tested according to recognised international standards. Particular emphasis will be on the measurement of large modules and thin-film modules.
SERIS offers testing services of PV modules to cater for the ever growing demand for performance testing services.
The testing unit will set up, operate and maintain a full-scale certification laboratory that is compliant to IEC testing standards. The laboratory is scheduled to be operational in Q3/2009.
